UK RETURNS POLICY
We are more than happy to offer you a full refund on all goods returned to us in resaleable condition within 14 days of purchase. All goods returned must retain their original tags.

To return any product, please fill in the enclosed Returns Form that was posted with your order, along with the unwanted items and send to:

Please note, due to the current COVID situation, once we receive your return, it will be held in quarantine for 4-5 days. Please allow around 10-14 days in total for us to process your return, and for the money to reflect back on to the card you paid with.

Please be advised we do not offer free returns. Consequently any delivery and postage charges are non-refundable unless your order is incorrect or faulty. Please get in touch and advise us if this is the case.

Please ensure you request a stamped ‘Certificate of Posting’ to keep as a receipt, as we cannot take responsibility for items that for whatever reason fail to reach us.


INTERNATIONAL RETURNS POLICY
We are more than happy to offer you a full refund on all goods returned to us in resaleable condition within 30 days of purchase. All goods returned must also retain their original tags and should be returned in the same way as described in UK returns above. International returns postage charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable unless your order is incorrect or faulty. Please get in touch and advise us if this is the case.


Some purchases may be subject to customs and duty fees which you, the customer, are responsible for and must pay. You are responsible for the postage cost to return your items.

FAULTY ITEMS
Please carefully check your items when they arrive to ensure you are completely satisfied. Should you receive a faulty/damaged item, please email us at info@butterflyboutiquebarbados.com to let us know and then follow the Returns Procedure above.

For faulty items that have been worn/used or returns that are outside of our Returns Policy please email us at info@butterflyboutiquebarbados.com for further assistance.

Earrings - For hygiene purposes, we regret that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on earrings. 



Swimwear - For hygiene purposes, when trying on all swimwear please keep on your underwear and ensure the hygiene sticker remains in place. If the plastic hygiene sticker has been removed we will not be able to refund you.
 

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
As soon as we have taken delivery of a returned item(s) and have processed your refund we will be in touch with you. Refunds will be credited back via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for returns to be processed.

We have several delivery options depending on your location and how quickly you would like your order.

UNITED KINGDOM DELIVERY
UK Standard Delivery £10 (arrives in 2-4 working days)
UK Express Delivery (£17.50) (place order before 1pm Monday - Thursday to receive order next working day)
All our orders have a tracking number which will be emailed to you when the order is dispatched.

WORLDWIDE DELIVERY
We welcome customers from all around the world. Please contact us for international shipping rates to your specific location.

IMPORT DUTIES
For all international shipping destinations, it is your responsibility to pay any applicable import duties and charges on delivery.
