For ONLINE SALES ONLY. If for any reason you aren't completely satisfied with your order, please contact us at sales@butterflyboutiquebarbados.com within 14 days of receipt and we can arrange an exchange or refund providing products are returned to us in perfect condition, unused and unwashed with tags still attached. If you return your order to us after 14 days then sadly we won't be able to issue you a refund but we can give you store credit to purchase another item in the online store.

Please be advised we do not offer free returns. Consequently any delivery and postage charges are non-refundable unless your order is incorrect or faulty. Please get in touch and advise us if this is the case.
When you return goods (with the exception of any items that arrived damaged or faulty) please note that you are responsible for any shipping costs incurred. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible if items fail to reach us.
FAULTY ITEMS
Please carefully check your items when they arrive to ensure you are completely satisfied. Should you receive a faulty/damaged item, please email us at sales@butterflyboutiquebarbados.com to let us know and then follow the Returns Procedure above.
For faulty items that have been worn/used or returns that are outside of our Returns Policy please email us at sales@butterflyboutiquebarbados.com for further assistance.
Earrings - For hygiene purposes, we regret that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on earrings.
Swimwear - For hygiene purposes, when trying on all swimwear please keep on your underwear and ensure the hygiene sticker remains in place. If the plastic hygiene sticker has been removed we will not be able to refund you.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
As soon as we have taken delivery of a returned item(s) and have processed your refund we will be in touch with you. Refunds will be credited back via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for returns to be processed.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
We have several delivery options depending on your location and how quickly you would like your order.
LOCAL (BARBADOS) ORDERS
FREE DELIVERY - We offer free delivery on all orders over US$75. Please select the option at checkout and we will be in touch to finalise delivery details.
PICK UP - Choose this option if you would like us to prepare your order and have it ready at our store in Limegrove, Holetown, for you to visit us and pick up your goods.
USA, CANADA & THE CARIBBEAN
Please allow 2-4 days for the preparation of your goods and then the items will be shipped to you. Shipping times and fees will vary depending on your location. If you do not see a delivery option for your location, please contact us at sales@butterflyboutiquebarbados.com and we will provide rates for you.
All our orders have a tracking number which will be emailed to you when the order is dispatched.
WORLDWIDE DELIVERY
We welcome customers from all around the world. Please contact us for international shipping rates to your specific location.
IMPORT DUTIES
For all international shipping destinations, it is your responsibility to pay any applicable import duties and charges on delivery.
